About the Evaluator
Dr. Taqueena Quintana, LCPC, LPCC, LPC, NCC, ACS, BC-TMH is a doctoral-level licensed mental health professional with extensive training and experience in supporting attorneys, individuals and families in navigating immigration relief processes. She specializes in mental evaluations for Asylum applications, Cancellation of Removal, Hardship Waivers (I-601 waiver), VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), U/T-Visas and Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission into the United States After Deportation or Removal (I-212 waiver) cases.
Dr. Quintana supports applicants nationwide and works closely with attorneys to ensure each report is individually tailored, clinically sound and aligned with USCIS standards. She currently collaborates with non-profit organizations such as Physicians for Human Rights and Humanitarian Outreach for Migrant Emotional Health to provide support to asylum seekers and others searching for immigration relief.
