About the Evaluator

Dr. Taqueena Quintana, LCPC, LPCC, LPC, LMHC-TLHT, NCC, ACS, BC-TMH is a licensed mental health professional with advanced training and experience supporting attorneys, individuals and families in navigating immigration relief processes. She specializes in mental evaluations for humanitarian relief pathways including asylum, VAWA and hardship waivers (I-601/I-601A).

Dr. Quintana supports applicants from diverse backgrounds nationwide and works closely with attorneys/legal representatives to ensure each report is individually tailored, clinically sound and aligned with USCIS standards. She currently presents at conferences across the country on topics related to immigration mental health evaluations.
